Description
What you’ll learn
Pillar 1: Compassion — “with all your Heart”
Become a man whose strength is tender and trustworthy. Learn how God redeems our wounds—including the common “Father Wound”—and how acceptance, affection, affirmation, and anointing form a blessing that heals. Walk a biblical path of acknowledge, grieve, forgive, accept forgiveness, then comfort others with the comfort you’ve received (2 Cor. 1:3–5).
Strength Training: Practice Community—pursue real Christian fellowship and show compassion within it.
Pillar 2: Confidence — “with all your Soul”
Stand on unshakable identity: you are known, created, wanted, and redeemed (Psalm 139; John 3:16). Trade performance-based worth for sonship. Lead with moral authority over positional authority; speak blessing and use influence to elevate others.
Strength Training: Speak a Blessing—intentionally affirm someone God has placed in your care.
Pillar 3: Conviction — “with all your Mind”
Ask God for wisdom and live it out for others’ good. A practical HEART pattern helps you act on conviction: Honorauthorities, Examine motives, Approach the right people, Represent truth with courage, and Take the consequences. Build a legacy that outlives you.
Strength Training: Meditation—read a chapter of Proverbs matching each day’s date and pray over what the Spirit highlights.
Pillar 4: Courage — “with all your Strength”
Take action on behalf of People you love and Principles you believe in. From David and Joshua to Jesus, Scripture models strength that protects, intercedes, and endures. Face the real, unseen battle (Eph. 6:10–18), confront fear of failure, and step up when it counts.
Strength Training: Share Your Faith—name when, where, and with whom you’ll tell your story with gentleness and respect.
